Exchange Policy
We truly hope you love what you receive. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help - just follow the guidelines below for a smooth return or exchange experience.
1. Eligibility
- Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
- Returns must be made within the same region where the purchase was made.
- Items purchased at 50% off or more during Seasonal Sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Prepaid Orders: Digital payments are eligible for a direct refund to the original bank account or payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders paid via COD, refunds are issued exclusively in the form of Store Credit. We do not offer bank transfers or cash refunds for COD transactions.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are available for all orders, regardless of whether they were placed via COD or Prepaid. If you wish to swap your item for a different size or style, please follow our standard exchange process.
2. Charges
- Please note that a fee of Rs. 280 applies to all returns and exchanges.
- For returns, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Registered users can submit a request through their account under Order Details.
- Guest users can use the return link provided in their order confirmation email.
- To receive your store credit or refund, please contact our support team at the email address provided below. Once your request is received and the return is processed, your store credit will be issued within 24 hours. The standard timeline for bank refunds is 7-10 business days.
4. Pickup Process
- Once your request is submitted, our delivery partner will arrange a home collection within 24-48 hours.
- No printing is required - the carrier will bring the return label at the time of pickup.
- This service is available only if the return address matches the original delivery address.
5. Important Notes
- Requests made after the 3-day window will not be accepted.
- Items that do not meet the return conditions may be declined.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
